摘要:
美育在学校教育中的一个重要功能,是促进其他教育实效的提高。在促进德育有效性的方面,美育的优势更为明显。然而困难在于,如何在具体的教育过程中处理好美育和德育的关系,使二者既保持相对的独立性,同时又能互相激发、互相推动,从而实现“美善相谐”的教育理想。另外,如何使美育和德育研究落到课堂教学的实处,为教学实践提供具有较强可操作性的指导意见,也是学界亟须解决的问题。在这方面,北京师范大学的檀传宝教授做过比较深入的研究。檀教授在1996年出版了他的博士论文《德育美学观》,随后承担了国家教育科学“九五”规划重点课题“美育与德育关系研究”;又在2002年承担国家社会科学基金“十五”规划(教育类)重点项目“欣赏型德育模式的建构研究”,作为结题成果,主编《欣赏型德育模式建构研究》系列丛书,并执笔撰写了《让德育成为美丽的风景——欣赏型德育模式的理念与操作》。应该说,檀教授从理论到实践,比较全面地开创了“德—美育”研究的局面。他的实验研究已经深入到一线的中小学教育,并在实验学校的日常教学中产生了实效。为推介此一前沿的“德—美育”研究成果,引起更好的学术交流和探讨,本刊编辑日前在檀教授的京师园寓所与他做了一次学术访谈,现将内容整理如下,以飨读者。
Abstract:
 Aesthetic education, which functions to fuel the educational effectiveness of schooling in a general manner, nourishes moral education more visibly. The rub here seems how to strike a balance, in contextualized teaching, between moral education and aesthetic education in a way that each retains its independence while redefining and reinforcing the other towards a common educational ideal of “beauty and good living in harmony”. Also imperative is the designing and development of moral education and aesthetic education that guide practical schooling and create real educational values. Fortunately, Professor Tan Chuanbao at Beijing Normal University has conducted a range of in-depth researches from Aesthetic Outlook of Moral Education (PhD dissertation, 1996), Researching Aesthetic Education and Moral Education (funded by China’s 9th Five-Year Plan of Key Research Projects on Education), On the Construction of the Appreciative Model of Moral Education (funded by China’s 10th Five-Year Plan of Social Sciences Foundation for Key Research Projects on education/2002, the result of which turned out a series entitled On Constructing the Appreciative Model of Moral Education) to the authorship of Landscaping Moral Education——Principles and Practices of the Appreciative Model of Moral Education. It is safe to say that Professor Tan has opened new frontiers for research on “Moral-Aesthetic Education” in both practical and theoretical terms. As his pilot researches have taken on latest challenges from primary and secondary education and are creating real values, the editorial office of the Journal takes it part of its responsibilities to introduce Professor Tan’s academic results in order to fuel further discussion and exchange in this field of research. To provide some food for thought, we are publishing a recent interview conducted by the Journal office with Professor Tan at his residence in Jingshiyuan Property (Beijing).
