忘“本”的中国国民音乐教育()

摘要:
我国从20世纪初开始一直延续到现在的国民教育轻视音乐,从课程设置上把音乐课排为非常次要的“小三门”之一,背离了中华民族数千年来重视音乐教育、实行乐教的传统;从音乐课程内容上看,以欧洲音乐为核心,不实行母语音乐教育,背离了中华民族的传统音乐;近年来又忽视音乐技能训练,背离了音乐和音乐教育的基本原理。忘记本民族教育传统、忘记本民族音乐传统和忘记音乐艺术基本原理的国民音乐教育,必须加以改变。
Abstract:
Since the beginning of the 20th century, the “rootless” musical education has continued for over 100 years in China. In Chinese modern educational system, music is one of three minor courses in schools. This departs from the ancient Chinese education tradition which made music the basis of education for thousands of years. Chinese traditional music hardly has any position in the music education since European music plays the major role, and traditional music heritage is neglected in the education. Recently, some experts have argued that music skills training are not necessary, so skills training has been replaced by music enjoyment, which departs from the basic principles of music and music education. These three things have made Chinese musical education become rootless and must be changed.
